The Farm of Hope is not a rehab—it’s a full restoration journey. Men live on our farm for 13 months, working the land, training horses, serving the community, and healing the root causes of addiction through structure, discipleship, therapy, and faith in Jesus.
We help them rebuild what addiction destroyed: trust, identity, purpose, and family.
